The care provided to my Aunt is exceptional. Debbie and her team, particularly Millie and Diana, go out of their way to help Ann feel happy, fulfilled and independent. Not only do they cater for her care needs, but they make sure she can keep up her hobbies and interests which is so important for someone suffering with Alzheimer’s. They treat her like a friend, and with huge dignity and respect. Debbie is always available at the end of the phone and I feel I can speak to her with complete honesty. They have been so patient and understanding of our situation with me living so far away from my aunt, being pragmatic and a vital support when challenging situations arise. I really can’t praise them enough!

The service received for our dad has been excellent. The carers are a lovely group of people that not only put our dad at ease and deliver a great service but have built lovely friendships which is fabulous especially as we are not located close by to just call in. The friendships created has also aided in the carers to research activities suitable for our dad that he has interests in and they build this into his care plan . This is a huge benefit for him as it enables him to socialise with others and it assist in breaking up his day. Highly recommend this company- very adaptable, amenable and most importantly professional and caring.

Efficient kind caring and professional. Carers willing to listen and do what was necessary to make mum comfortable happy and gained her trust well. Usually on time and stayed for the entire. time. We never got the feeling they were in a rush to get to the next client which was very reassuring.
